Pregnancy and gynecology

There are several ways to schedule your 1st follow-up appointment:

1. Call our secretariat at 450-668-3250, #2. Please note that, given the high volume of calls we receive and the long wait, it is very possible that you will not be able to speak to a receptionist during your call. You will be invited to leave us a message. We will call you back within 48 working hours to schedule an appointment. Please leave us a detailed message with your name and phone number to reach you.
   * For gynecology: You must provide us with the reference. You can bring it in person during business hours, send it by fax to 450-668-0117, or by email to consultation@gynecolaval.ca. Please attach your referral request to your message. You can scan it or take a picture of it. Make sure all information is visible and legible. We will contact you within 48 business hours to confirm that we have received your request.
2. You can email us at consultation@gynecolaval.ca. Please leave us a detailed message with your name and phone number to reach you.
3. Fill out the appointment form below. We will call you back within 48 business hours to give you information about the next appointment.

Dynacare Laboratory

To make an appointment at the Dynacare laboratories that are located in our offices, please call 450-668-3250. If you call outside of clinic business hours, you can leave a clear message with your name, the reason for your call, and the phone number to reach you.
