Prenatal classes are given at your CLSC. Please check there for the schedule of classes and registration.
Due to COVID-19, prenatal classes are offered by the CISSS of Laval in the form of video capsules that you can watch to at your convenience.
Mieux-Naître à Laval Perinatal Resource Center in Laval also offers prenatal meetings both in-person and online. Through an agreement with the CISSS of Laval, the meetings are provided free of charge to Laval families. The organization also offers a wide range of prenatal and postnatal activities to support expectant and new parents.
